Thank you for inquiring about our Poultry Processing.  The “wait” is over!  We are currently building/constructing our Mobile Processing Unit (MPU) to be used on your farm to process your birds.  All that will be needed is a 20-Amp outlet and an outdoor water hookup.

This will be one of the few MPU’s in operation in Wisconsin and the FIRST one in Waukesha County!  We are working hard to have it ready for processing birds by June 1, 2023.  Scheduling will begin shortly, please call to confirm availability and request a callback for reservations in the order your request is submitted.

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) will be inspecting the MPU soon for approval-we cannot wait to help you control your Family’s food supply.
